Hello!  My name is Lauren Denslow and I’m a senior and Whitworth University.  This is a blog to inform others about the health benefits of a vegan diet, as well as provide scrumptious recipe ideas.

I’m now fully-equipped with all the vegan necessities – fruits, veggies, almond and coconut milks, flaxseeds, 100% pomegranate juice, every type of canned bean imaginable, curry powder, dried lentils and tofu.  The pantry is now stocked – watch with me to see what wild concoctions come from this journey!
